PA state senator: US is more concerned with free and fair elections overseas than at home

Pennsylvania state senator Doug Mastriano says that “it amazes me that we’ll move heaven and earth to ensure safe and free elections in foreign countries” with ID cards, security, retinal scans, and bioscans, but not do the same in his state.
