Trump on Charlie Kirk killer: I think 'we have him'
Kirk was fatally shot on Wednesday during an open-air event at Utah Valley University.
President Donald Trump on Friday told Fox News that he believed law enforcement had apprehended the assassin of Charlie Kirk.
"I think with a high degree of certainty, we have him," Trump said on "Fox and Friends."
Kirk was fatally shot on Wednesday during an open-air event at Utah Valley University. He sustained a gunshot wound to the neck and died at the hospital.
The FBI is holding a press conference Friday morning to provide updates on the investigation.
