Trump fields reporter questions from White House roof

President Donald Trump held an impromptu press conference from the roof of the White House, answering questions from reporters by shouting from the top of the building.
Trump quipped that he was "looking for more ways to spend my money," in an apparent reference to his self-financing of a ballroom for the White House.
Multiple reporters questioned whether he planned to add a second story to the press briefing room, atop of which he stood at the time. Trump did not directly answer that question but responded that "everything I do is financed by me."
