Platform adopted by DNC mentions Biden nearly nine times more often than it mentions Harris
The 92-page document has 20 references to President Joe Biden's "second term."
Delegates at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago adopted a platform Monday that’s more focused on President Joe Biden than it is Vice President Kamala Harris.
The 92-page draft platform was written prior to Biden’s decision in late July not to seek reelection. The platform has not been updated much since, according to NBC News. It refers to Biden 297 times, but mentions Harris just 32 times.
It also makes nearly 20 references to Biden’s “second term.”
