Vice President Kamala Harris's campaign says it is still discussing the possibility of having hot mics during the entirety of the ABC News presidential debate with former President Donald Trump, despite a statement earlier this week from Trump indicating that the microphones would be muted while it is not the candidate's turn to speak.
