Biden vetoes resolution repealing new EPA truck emissions rule

President Joe Biden issued his sixth veto Wednesday on legislation that would have overturned the Environment Protection Agency’s new limits on emission standards for heavy-duty trucks. The law as it stands now is set to go into effect in vehicles beginning with the 2027 model year.
