Comcast says an act of vandalism caused an outage in Philadelphia Sunday, hours before Super Bowl

Comcast is investigating an act of vandalism that cut service to several thousand of its customers in Philadelphia on Sunday. The outage came hours before the Philadelphia Eagles started playing in Super Bowl 57.
