DOJ special counsel subpoenas battleground state officials

A Department of Justice special counsel has subpoenaed officials in all seven 2020 battleground states for an election interference probe. According to a spokesperson for Allegheny county, Pennsylvania special counsel Jack Smith most recently subpoenaed Allegheny county looking for information related to any interference in the 2020 election.
