FAA introduces 'Safety Management System' amid recent trend of aviation incidents
There's a new Federal Aviation Administration rule requiring large passenger airports to come up with what are called safety management system plans. According to the FAA, the new Safety Management System, "is all about safety decision-making throughout the organization."
