Georgia judge rejects Trump’s request to disqualify DA from 2020 election probe

Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney denied former President Donald Trump’s motion to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting him in the 2020 election interference probe. The judge also dismissed Trump’s bid to block prosecutors from using evidence the grand jury obtained.
