House Dems block permitting reform, but Sen. Joe Manchin blames GOP

Senator Joe Manchin during a press conference today blamed the GOP for permitting reform not passing. All while a large block of 70 House Democrats have already pledged they won’t support the bill if it were to make its way to the House.
