Mark Meadows: Biden’s budget proposal is “dead on arrival”

Mark Meadows, former President Trump’s Chief of Staff, says “not serious” is a good way to describe President Biden’s budget proposal. While the GOP’s proposal cuts almost $150 billion of ESG policies, Biden is calling for additional taxes on unrealized capital gains.
