Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen signs constitutional carry bill into law
Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen signed a law Tuesday allowing Nebraskans to carry a concealed firearm on their person or in their car without a permit. Nebraska has become the 27th state to pass a constitutional carry law.
