Paula Scanlan hopes to see nationwide end to youth transgender surgeries

American Principles Project Senior Fellow Paula Scanlan says that regardless of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling to uphold a Tennessee ban on minor transgender surgeries, we must keep fighting to protect children from gender transitioning. “I think that this is a great win and I hope we see the day where there’s no more transgender surgeries for minors anywhere in this country, no matter how blue the state,” she says.
