Rep. Riley Moore: Stop CCP VISAs Act will ban Chinese nationals from obtaining student visas

Representative Riley Moore (R-WV) announces the Stop Chinese Communist Prying by Vindicating Intellectual Safeguards in Academia (Stop CCP VISAs) Act, a bill that would protect U.S. national security by banning Chinese nationals from obtaining student visas. “I don’t remember us having 300,000 Soviets studying here during the Cold War,” he says. “China is our near-peer threat in the world, and we need to act like that.”
