Sen. Feinstein to return to Senate after nearly 3-month hiatus

A spokesperson for Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) confirms the 89-year-old lawmaker will return to the Senate Tuesday after a near 3-month absence from Washington. Sen. Feinstein has missed 91 floor votes while recovering from shingles and other health complications.
