Sen. Ted Cruz says Republicans haven't done enough to push back against Democrat policies

Following the Senate's secret ballot over Mitch McConnell's leadership, Senator Ted Cruz told the press that he doesn't think Republicans have been as effective as they could have been in fighting "disastrous policies" for the last two years.
