Texas Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne introduces the Stop Funders Act

Texas Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne details the Stop Funders Act which adds rioting and those who fund or organize such violent and coordinated activities to be included as a crime under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Van Duyne emphasized, “When we see these rioters that have been just taking over cities…they are organized riots…this is being paid for…We are going to find out who is behind them…”
