Two fugitives from Washington found in Mexico

Two fugitives listed on the U.S. Marshal’s Top 15 Most Wanted list have been found in Mexico. Edgar Salvador Casian-Garcia and his girlfriend Araceli Medina were charged with aggravated murder, four counts of child rape, and child assault.
