United Launch Alliance’s Delta IV Heavy rocket lifts off for first time this year

United Launch Alliance was able to send up its first launch of the year with the penultimate liftoff of its Delta IV Heavy space rocket today. The flames of the rocket lit up the Space Coast sky Thursday morning from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 37, taking up a classified payload on the NROL-67 mission for the National Reconnaissance Office.
