Canada giving $2.5 billion of economic aid to Ukraine, Carney says

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on Saturday said the Canadian government would send an additional $2.5 billion of economic aid to Ukraine.

Carney said the funding would assist Ukraine with financing from the International Monetary Fund.

Carney appeared with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky when the comments were made.
