Ivanka Trump, President Trump's daughter, delivered a speech in Tel Aviv's Hostages Square on Saturday after her father secured a peace agreement in the war in Gaza.

Ms. Trump said she was “in awe” of the Israeli's unyielding resolve in the face of immense pain and delivered a message from her father.

"And the president wanted me to share, as he has with so many of you personally, that he sees you, he hears you, he stands with you always," she said, according to Fox News. "And, the return of each hostage is not only a moment of homecoming and relief, it's a triumph of faith, of courage and of our shared humanity."

Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kushner, called for peace in the region.

"As we close this chapter, let's learn from the challenges and the pain of the last few years, and let's do our best to make Israel, to make the region, to make the world peaceful, to build bridges of understanding, to eliminate hatred in ourselves, hatred for others and to really lead with love," he said.

Ivanka and Jared did not return to the White House in formal positions at the start of Mr. Trump's second term. However, Kuschner was involved in brokering the peace deal in the war in Gaza.
