The Iranian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday announced another set of talks with the U.S. about Tehran’s nuclear program.

The so-called indirect talks, in which the sides are reportedly in separate rooms, are set to take place Saturday in Oman, according to ABC News.

On Sunday, U.S. Special Presidential Envoy Steven Witkoff had conversations with Iranian officials about their country's pursuit of a nuclear weapon.

The White House called the talks "positive and constructive."

After the meeting, both parties agreed to have additional talks.

President Donald Trump has said he is considering authorizing airstrikes on nuclear sites in Iran if a formal agreement isn't reached.
