Tanker hit by projectile in Strait of Hormuz, says British maritime agency

A tanker was hit by a projectile in the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, according to Britain's maritime security agency.

Saturday's incident occurred after Iran attacked a cargo ship on Thursday. 

The United States and Iran each launched strikes after that attack.
