The White House is currently considering inviting Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky to the Alaska summit with President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to a report citing senior U.S. officials.
The official said having Zelensky there is absolutely a possibility.
“Everyone is very hopeful that would happen,” the official quoted in the report said.
The summit, focused on peace negotiations related to the war in Ukraine, is planned for Friday in Alaska.
