Iran detained an Iran International journalist's family members on Saturday due to the outlet's coverage of the war between Israel and Iran, according to a report.
Iran International is a London-based Farsi news channel, which described the situation as an "appalling act of hostage-taking aimed at coercing our colleague into resigning from their post."
The Iranian regime vowed not to release the family members until the journalist resigns, according to the Associated Press.
