Activist Presler, credited with helping Trump win Pennsylvania, vows to defeat anti-RFK Jr senators
Scott Presler's threat is not empty. He was among the people responsible for President Donald Trump's victory in Pennsylvania during the 2024 election.
Political activist Scott Presler, who contributed to President Donald Trump's victory in swing state Pennsylvania in the 2024 presidential election, is now taking aim at any senator who votes against confirming Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Health and Human Services secretary.
"I will dedicate my time to defeating Senators that do not confirm RFK Jr., even those that are Republican," Presler posted Wednesday on X.
Kennedy, nominated for the HHS post by Trump, had his first confirmation hearing on Wednesday and his second on Thursday.
"May I remind you that our work helped to defeat Bob Casey in PA? I’ll even take it a step further & work to defeat Ranked Choice Voting in Alaska. Try me," Presler also wrote.
Hours after Presler made his promise, Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga., wrote on X that he wouldn't be voting for RFK Jr.
"He wouldn’t commit to working to prevent health care premium spikes [and] didn’t denounce his conspiracy theories about the CDC, which employs thousands of Georgians. I won't support a nominee whose policies hurt Georgians," he wrote.
Presler criticized Warnock by pointing out that his decision was hypocritical since he "supported Joe Biden [and Kamala Harris's] open borders, which led to the death of Georgia daughter Laken Riley."
"You couldn’t be more tone-deaf, and I look forward to working to defeat you in 2028," he wrote.
He also claimed in another of his X posts that many Americans who previously identified as Democrats are now leaving the party after witnessing the Democrats' treatment of RFK Jr. during his first confirmation hearing.
Before the 2024 election, the Republican National Committee (RNC) announced it would work with Presler.
"He is the first person I thought of," former co-chair of the RNC Lara Trump told the political commentator Benny Johnson.
Presler and his organization, Early Vote Action, became famous for recruiting voters in the swing state of Pennsylvania to vote for Trump, helping the GOP nominee win the state.
"With the help of Early Vote Action’s dedicated volunteers, we have contacted hundreds of thousands of voters since the inception of our organization. Our network, which spans the entire 50 United States and many U.S. territories, is laser-focused on winning in these critical battleground states," Early Vote Action stated on its website.
Presler also documented the registration successes on his X account before and after the election.
Conservative commentators, such as Liz Wheeler, also claimed that Presler was "responsible" for Trump's victory in Pennsylvania.
"One man is more responsible for Donald Trump’s victory in Pennsylvania than anybody else, and that man is Scott Presler ... He uprooted his life and bought a house in Pennsylvania so that he could spend the last [six months] registering voters," Wheeler said.
After Trump won the election, Presler committed to registering new Republican voters in New Jersey so that the historically blue state would turn red. He also promised to come for the seat of the Democrat Bucks County Commissioner Diane Marseglia in 2027 after she and other commissioners tried to steal the Senate seat for former Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pa.
