Read House Judiciary's transcript of David Weiss' testimony on Hunter Biden investigation

The House Judiciary Committee on Monday released the transcript of its interview with former Special Counsel David Weiss on his investigation into former first son Hunter Biden. 

The transcript comes after Weiss heavily criticized former President Joe Biden for claiming that his investigations into the former first son were politically motivated. The former president previously claimed people are not usually prosecuted for falsely filling out a gun form without aggravating factors, or for being late in filing taxes because of addiction when they've paid all the fees back with interest and other penalties.

The interview, which was overseen by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and ranking member Jamie Raskin, was conducted on June 6, 2025.
