Immigration officials have arrested a second person who participated in pro-Palestinian demonstrations at Columbia University, according to a news report.
The arrest is being reported by the Associated Press and follows the one made Saturday on Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia graduate student who last spring helped lead pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel protests at the New York city school. Khalil is now being held at a deportation facility in Louisiana.
