Small plane crashes in Florida, killing all three people on board
The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane was leaving the Boca Raton Airport and going to Tallahassee International Airport.
Three people were killed Friday morning when their small plane crashed to the ground in Boca Raton, Florida, according to local officials.
Boca Fire Rescue said the craft apparently had mechanical difficulties before the crash landing on Military Trail, west of the beaches and Interstate 95.
The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane was leaving the Boca Raton Airport and going to Tallahassee International Airport, according to ABC News.
The names of the victims had not been released as of Friday afternoon.
