Zelensky earns accolades from Trump for wearing suit to White House
"I said the same thing," quipped Trump.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday wore a suit to the White House, earning compliments from President Donald Trump and reporters after he previously declined to do so during his last trip to Washington.
"President Zelensky, you look fabulous in that suit," said Real America's Voice reporter Brian Glenn, who previously questioned Zelensky about his wardrobe during the last trip.
"I said the same thing," quipped Trump.
Zelensky further indicated that he remembered Glenn's past questioning about the matter of wearing a suit. Glenn also apologized to Zelensky for the exchange in a jovial tone.
