Trump brushes off threat from top Iran regime official: 'I couldn't care less'
"I have no idea what he's talking about, who he is. I couldn't care less," Trump says
President Donald Trump brushed aside a threat from a senior Iranian security official who said he would "pay the price" for the recent U.S. and Israeli military strikes on Iran.
In an interview with CBS News on Saturday, Trump said he was not concerned by the statement from Ali Larijani, a leading figure in Iran’s national security establishment.
Trump suggested he barely knew the official and indicated that the warning would not change the administration’s strategy as the military campaign against Iran continues.
"I have no idea what he's talking about, who he is. I couldn't care less," he said.
