Philippine oil tanker spills diesel fuel into the ocean

A Philippine motor tanker carrying 800,000 liters of industrial diesel fuel has spilled off the coast of the Oriental Mindoro. The Philippine Coast Guard reports the spill stretches three miles long and a third of a mile wide.
