A 15-year-old boy has been charged in a shooting this past weekend that left 11 people wounded after a homecoming football game at Florida A&M University, police said Monday.

According to investigators, a fight broke out before the shooting Saturday night, and none of the victims were intended to be the shooter's targets, the Associated Press reported.

The teen arrested in connection with the shooting has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a delinquent, according to a statement from Tallahassee police.

The shooting occurred outside Bragg Memorial Stadium after Florida A&M lost to Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Six of the 11 people wounded in the shooting were minors, and three of the victims suffered serious injuries, authorities said.
