Elon Musk says that his fight with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be live-streamed on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter that Musk owns.

"Zuck v Musk fight will be live-streamed on š¯•¸. All proceeds will go to charity for veterans," Musk wrote on X early Sunday morning.

Musk also said that he has been "lifting weights throughout the day, preparing for the fight" and because he doesn't "have time to workout" he is bringing the weights to work.

Musk had tweeted in June, "Iā€™m up for a cage match if he is lol," in response to news that Meta would release Threads as a rival platform to X, then known as Twitter.

Zuckerberg agreed to the challenge by asking Musk to send him a location for the fight.

Musk said the fight would be held in the Ultimate Fighting Championship octagon in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It is unclear whether a date has been scheduled. It is also unclear what veterans' charity the proceeds will go to.
