West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey discusses the historic SCOTUS ruling yesterday, in which the Court addressed that President Biden and "Federal agencies have to live under the same Constitution as everyone else.” The Attorney General says that “Biden had tried to transform federal bureaucracy to suit his agenda” without Americans or input from Congress.
