Former Vice President Kamala Harris suggested Wednesday night that the Democratic Party hosts a "no bad idea brainstorm" where they could gather ideas for winning back Congress in the midterms and the White House in 2028.

The former vice president said the party should compile the list of ideas in an extended playbook for the November elections and suggestions could be things like reforming the Supreme Court and abolishing the Electoral College.

"I think that we need an expanded playbook in a way that we invite all ideas, that we say... look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas, a 'no bad idea brainstorm' is what I'd like to call it," Harris said, according to Fox News. "And in that 'no bad ideas brainstorm,' we talk about what we need to do and think about doing around the Electoral College.

"We talk about the idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court," she continued. "Let's talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. These are the things I think that we've got to do."

The comment comes as Harris floats a potential 2028 presidential bid. Harris already lost the 2024 presidential election to President Donald Trump. She has declined to specifically state whether she is running again.
