Alex Swoyer gives legal analysis on SCOTUS rule upholding ban on youth transgender surgeries

“Lawless Lawfare” author and attorney Alex Swoyer says she was not surprised the U.S. Supreme Court voted 6-3 to uphold a Tennessee ban on youth transgender surgeries, puberty blockers, and hormone therapy. Swoyer says 27 states have similar laws but doesn’t expect their bans to be overruled by SCOTUS in a future trial.
