AZ Secretary of State Candidate Fontes says judges aren’t doing enough about voter intimidation

Two Arizona voters groups filed an emergency appeal Friday night to keep right-wing activists from gathering at ballot drop boxes.

Members of “Clean Elections USA” wearing tactical gear and sometimes heavily armed have been doing surveillance at drop boxes.

The Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans and Voto Latino, a hispanic voting rights organization, say that's voter intimidation.
