Biden: Increasing US debt limit is ‘not negotiable’

During a joint press briefing Wednesday with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, President Joe Biden told reporters that he would not negotiate with Republicans when it came to raising the debt ceiling. “I'm happy to meet with [House Speaker Kevin] McCarthy, but not on whether or not the debt limit gets extended. That's not negotiable," said Biden.
