Biden says he will cancel all foreign travel if debt limit negotiations get ‘down to the wire’

President Joe Biden told reporters at the White House Tuesday that if Congressional negotiations on the debt limit package ended up going “down to the wire”, he would cancel all of his foreign travel to stay and reach a resolution.
