Blizzard death toll rises to 27 in New York's Erie County

The death toll from the blizzard impacting the Buffalo area of western New York rose to 27 on Monday, December 26, after Erie County’s Medical Examiner confirmed an additional two deaths. This footage captured a day earlier, Christmas Day, shows conditions in Lackawanna, south of Buffalo.
