GOP candidate Asa Hutchinson proposes agenda to overhaul federal law enforcement agencies

Former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson laid out his policy plan to restructure federal law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI and DEA, during a campaign event with the National Press Club in Washington Monday.
