Kamala Harris fills in for President Biden at White House College Athlete Day

In lieu of President Joe Biden’s unplanned absence, Vice President Kamala Harris represented the White House in welcoming 1,000 student athletes from 47 NCAA championship teams. President Biden cleared his Monday schedule to undergo a follow-up procedure for a root canal.
