Rep. Andy Biggs invites WH Press Secretary to tour the southern border

Rep. Andy Biggs says he isn’t “holding [his] breath” after inviting White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to tour the southern border, but adds that he “hopes she decides to come.”
