Southwest Airlines to pay workers 'gratitude pay' for working during holiday meltdown
Southwest Airlines is giving ‘gratitude pay’ to employees who worked during the airline’s massive meltdown over the holidays. The Pilots Association says pilots will get an estimated $45 million in bonuses.
