Supreme Court upholds Biden rule that mandates background checks, serial numbers for ghost guns

The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld a law by former President Joe Biden that requires background checks and serial numbers for ghost guns.

The high court's decision was 7-2 with conservative justices Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissenting, according to The Associated Press.

The rule requires that those purchasing ghost guns have to buy them in kits online. The ghost guns also have to have serial numbers on them.
