Trump to sign executive order that makes English the official language of the US
The U.S. has never had a national language at the federal level.
President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order that will make English the official language of the U.S., according to White House officials.
The order would rescind former President Bill Clinton’s directive that federal agency get taxpayer money so that they can provide services to those with limited English, also said the officials, according to The Wall Street Journal.
