Zelensky calls for UNSC reform as Russia holds leadership position

Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian President, said that there needs to be UNSC reform during his nightly address. Russia is currently holding leadership of the council and Zelensky calls it “the total bankruptcy of such institution”.
