Rob Reiner's son Nick Reiner arrested in wake of director's death

Nick Reiner, the son of Rob Reiner and his wife Michele, who were found dead on Sunday, was arrested on unspecified charges and is being held on $4 million bail.

Nick Reiner, 32, was taken into custody on Sunday night, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, ABC News reported. Rob and Michele Reiner were stabbed to death in their Brentwood-area residence.

"It is with profound sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Michele and Rob Reiner. We are heartbroken by this sudden loss, and we ask for privacy during this unbelievably difficult time," the Reiner family said.

During a Sunday night press conference, officials said that they have not identified a suspect and nobody is currently in custody.
